Moments after authoring one of the most shocking upsets in the sport’s history, Holm took the time to comfort her vanquished foe, thanking Ronda Rousey for everything she’s done for women’s MMA.
“I just said, ‘You know I really admire you for being such a great, dominant champion,'” Holm told Larry King on Thursday, according to MMAFighting.com. “‘None of us would be here without you, so I appreciate you.'”
