It’s been a 2015 full of career highs for Seth Rollins.
He can now add another one.
The WWE World Heavyweight and United States Champion was named top wrestler in the 2015 Pro Wrestling Illustrated 500. Last year Rollins was 12th, and in 2013 the Davenport, Iowa native was 35th.
At 29, Rollins is the youngest wrestler to earn PWI’s No. 1 ranking since Randy Orton (28) in 2008. Rollins’ top selection also another coup for Ring of Honor. Since 2010, four former ROH title holders (AJ Styles, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Seth Rollins) have been ranked No. 1 by PWI.
The digital version of this month’s PWI, complete with full rankings, is on sale now. The print edition is available September 29.
