1.       Christian Rose-The DREAMWAVE Champion extended his 2 week record to 6-0 after 2 more victories this week. While his numbers in the online poll weren’t huge, the official voters came through for him. A victory over Krotch at a little show in Donahue, IA and a victory over 1/3 of the #3 ranked White America-Adam Gooch at SNPW helps Rose get his 2nd ever #1 ranking. Interestingly enough, that’s 5 straight weeks at #1 for Matt Cage, Christian Rose, and Shane Hollister…3 men who are ultimately tied together based on their region and travel. He came in 4th on the online poll.

2.       JT Dunn-Much like Christian Rose last week, “The Juice” had quite possibly the best single week of anyone in the Top 10. With victories over last week’s #1 Matt Cage, last…

Rating: 4/5 – A fantastic start for a new series.

James Robinson proved that he can write great team books with Earth Two at DC. So naturally, Fantastic Four is right in his wheelhouse and he did not let down.  He managed to accomplish quite a lot with the first issue- setting up the story and the overall tone of the series as well as creating a real sense of family and connection between the characters.  The way the members of the FF worked together to solve their problems only amplified that feeling of family. The story itself was on-par with what I’ve come to expect from Robinson, it had some great moments and the plot was very intriguing.

Invisible Woman’s narration throughout the story helped move it along and gave the book the feel of a movie trailer for the series to come.  At…

The cast for the forthcoming Ping Pong anime series includes:

  • Fukujuro Katayama is Yutaka “Peco” Hoshino
  • Kouki Uchiyama is Makoto “Smile” Tsukimoto
  • Shunsuke Sakuya is Ryuichi “Dragon” Kazama
  • Subaru Kimura is Manabu “Akuma” Sakuma
  • Yosei Bun is Kon “China” Wenga
  • Masako Nozawa is Obaba
  • Yuusaku Yara as Jo Koizumi

The series is scheduled to premiere on Japanese television in April 2014.
